About Altamonte Adult Training
By popular demand, Altamonte Weightlifting now offers adult training classes through our affiliate "Altamonte CrossFit & Sports Performance." They are Monday through Friday with multiple morning & evening classes as well as Saturday mornings. Training includes Olympic Style movements, general weight training, plyometrics, cardio, circuit training, and core strength building. Cost varies depending on the participant's need.
